I raged all day yesterday. Wore myself out emotionally until I finally took a late afternoon nap. I felt a bit better after sleeping and then stayed up past midnight to do one positive thing. It helped my mood. And so far today I've avoided all news. Sticking my head in the sand maybgive me some peace, we shall see.
